Arenas
The County of Prince Edward manages and operates two arena facilities. The Prince Edward Community Centre (PECC) is located in Picton and the Wellington and District Community Centre is located in Wellington. Each facility has a single ice surface, dressing rooms, referee room, concession booth and seating to accommodate spectators.
The Prince Edward County Minor Hockey Association and the Prince Edward Figure Skating Club are very active at both arenas offering opportunities for County youth to participate in organized sport programs. Our Junior A Hockey Club "Wellington Dukes", and our Empire B Junior C Hockey Club "Picton Pirates", provide opportunities for residents to watch exciting competitive hockey.
There are also opportunities for adults, from beginner to advanced, and from young adult to senior, to participate in womens and mens leagues.
