Biosolids

Biosolids are a byproduct of the wastewater treatment process and proper disposal is necessary for economic and environmental reasons. The application of biosolids to agricultural land recycles nutrients back into the environment and can only be applied on approved sites. Biosolids application is regulated through the government of Ontario legislation. For more information, please click here.
